Key Implementation Details:

app/epd/layout.tsx:

• Detects current context (Level 1 vs Level 2) based on URL
• Passes context to EPDSidebar and EPDHeader
• Manages global state for selected client

app/epd/clients/[id]/layout.tsx:

• Wraps all client dossier pages
• Fetches client data and provides to children
• Ensures sidebar shows Level 2 navigation
• Ensures header shows client dropdown
