docs(swift): mark E5.S4 as complete (already implemented in E5.S2)
Bouwplan progress update: 70 SP / 82 SP (85%)
Updates:
- Epic 5 status: 3/5 → 4/5 stories (12 SP compleet)
- Total progress: 25/31 stories (was 24/31)
- Story points: 70/82 SP = 85% (was 68/82 = 83%)
- E5.S4 status: ⏳ → ✅
E5.S4 was al volledig geïmplementeerd in E5.S2:
- error-handler.ts (301 regels) met isOffline(), getErrorInfo(), safeFetch(), retryFetch()
- offline-banner.tsx (72 regels) met OfflineBanner component + useOffline hook
- CommandCenter: OfflineBanner integration
- ContextBar: margin fix (marginTop: '40px' when offline)
- ChatPanel: error messages (type: 'error')
- All blocks: safeFetch + getErrorInfo error handling
Deliverables section toegevoegd met:
- Bestaande implementatie details (3 secties)
- 11 deliverables gedocumenteerd
- 10 acceptatiecriteria
- Technical details (timeout, retry logic, event listeners)
