UX refinements: Color strategy + Hero Section 2 implementation

Reduced teal usage from ~30% to ~5% as strategic AI/innovation accent.
Introduced amber for speed/performance metrics. Slate foundation for
professional, calm aesthetic suitable for healthcare EPD application.
