chore(strip): verwijder /epd/clients redirect-laag

Alle verwijzingen (middleware, login, auth-callback, set-password,
Cortex context-bar) wijzen nu rechtstreeks naar /epd/patients; de
backwards-compat redirects zijn daarmee overbodig.
